Pressure Treated Decking
First of all, we don't recommend using pressure treated boards for your San Francisco deck. Exposed to the elements, the boards will wear out and require a headache-inducing amount of maintenance.
However, the framing of your deck is relatively sheltered, making it the perfect place to use pressure treated lumber and save some money.
